Job summary

Thredbo Alpine Village in Thredbo Village NSW is seeking a Mountain Bike Guide to deliver exceptional customer service and expert MTB guidance. You will learn Thredbo’s products to recommend suitable activities and ensure a memorable guest experience.

Key responsibilities include supporting MTB operations, assisting with trail maintenance, retail, and events, plus fleet servicing and repairs. A passion for the alpine region and safety credentials are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be an intermediate to advanced gravity mountain biker.
• PMBI Level 1 / equivalent certs or in-house training.
• First Aid Certificate and NSW Working With Children Check.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the daily operations of the MTB program.
• Assist the MTB Trail Crew with trail maintenance.
• Assist with retail sales, rental setup and events.
• Support rental fleet servicing, maintenance and customer repairs.
• Provide information on Thredbo and Kosciuszko National Park.
