TeamMoto Motorcycles in Cairns is seeking a Motorcycle General Sales Manager to lead a high-energy sales team, set the pace in a fast-moving showroom, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will apply your strong product knowledge, leadership, and negotiation skills to maximise revenue and market share, while mentoring staff and building lasting relationships with customers.

Qualifications

Proven success in motorcycle sales, ideally in a leadership or supervisory role.
Strong product knowledge and genuine passion for motorcycles.
Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills.
A natural leader who inspires, mentors, and drives results.
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of exceeding targets.

Responsibilities

Customer Experience: Build strong relationships and deliver expert advice that turns first-time buyers into lifelong customers.
Team Leadership: Motivate, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team.
Sales Performance: Implement effective sales strategies to maximise revenue and market share.
Inventory Oversight: Manage stock levels and ordering to meet customer demand efficiently.
