Job summary

Ashwood Motel in West Gosford, NSW, is seeking an experienced hands-on couple to manage our 47-room motel on a live-in basis. This 6–9 month assignment offers renovated onsite accommodation and the chance to extend by discussion.

You will handle guest check-ins, supervise housekeeping, coordinates maintenance, manage supplier invoices, and ensure safety and compliance. A dedicated Commercial & Revenue Manager provides support while you maintain property presentation and guest satisfaction.

This live-in opportunity includes recently renovated onsite accommodation for a couple with experience in motel, hotel, holiday park, caravan park, or accommodation management.

Initial 6-9-month assignment with potential extension (Open to discuss shorter term contracts).
