Job summary

Astute Mooloolaba is seeking a Client Manager / Broker Support Officer to help brokers deliver smooth client experiences from our Cotton Tree office. You will support a small team, manage applications, and navigate the lending process with an emphasis on accuracy and excellent service.

The role emphasizes collaboration within a busy broker environment, attention to detail, and a customer-focused approach. Experience in mortgage broking or banking is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in a mortgage support / admin role (mortgage broking or bank).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities essential for client interaction.
• High attention to detail and accuracy across tasks and paperwork.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and submit applications through Apply Online.
• Support a team of 2–4 brokers.
• Understand lending process—from submission to settlement.
• Understand government grants and first home buyer initiatives.
• Work in a fast-paced broker environment.
• Complete regular client reviews.
• Assist with loan discharges and ongoing client maintenance.
