Job summary

Bluestone is seeking an experienced Product Manager to shape the mortgage product and feature roadmap, strengthen governance and drive sustainable growth. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role working with Operations, Technology, Credit Risk and Sales to translate market insights into practical product outcomes.

You will lead end-to-end product initiatives, collaborate with diverse teams, and leverage data to improve broker usability and borrower outcomes.

Qualifications

• At least five years’ experience in mortgages or a similar secured-lending product discipline.
• Proven success leading end-to-end product changes or migrations.
• Experience with profitability or business-case analysis and knowledge of home-loan operations.
• Strong commercial acumen, risk awareness and a customer-first mindset.
• Ability to influence diverse stakeholders and communicate clearly.
• Experience partnering with technology teams across core lending platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned mortgage product initiatives from discovery and requirements through implementation, launch readiness and post-launch review.
• Translate strategy, market insight and regulatory or policy change into clear product requirements, including features, eligibility, pricing, controls and customer communications.
• Partner with Operations, Technology, Credit Risk, Treasury, Sales, Marketing, Legal and Compliance to align priorities, manage dependencies and drive timely decisions.
• Support pricing, segmentation and positioning through commercial analysis, competitor monitoring and broker and borrower insight.
• Simplify and enhance product constructs to improve broker usability, customer outcomes and operational execution.
• Identify and elevate product risks, incidents and control gaps, and support reviews, remediation and control uplift.
• Use data and stakeholder feedback to recommend and deliver continuous product improvement.
