Lendi Group is a market-leading digital platform in Australia, focusing on revolutionising the property journey. We’re seeking a Senior Product Manager to shape our lending platform within the Capture & Partner Product team, owning mortgage origination, document capture and lender submission workflows.

You’ll collaborate with brokers, lenders and partners to deliver next-gen broking capabilities, with cross-functional impact across insurance, conveyancing and asset finance.

Qualifications

• Proven Product Management experience delivering complex digital products from strategy through to execution.
• Experience in lending or credit products, ideally mortgage origination, home lending or loan application platforms.
• Strong understanding of lending workflows, credit requirements, application processing and regulated financial services.
• Experience working with complex platforms, APIs, third-party integrations and operational workflows.
• Confidence engaging with external partners and senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and driving outcomes.
• Strong communication, organisation and prioritisation skills, with the ability to navigate ambiguity and competing priorities.
• A commercial and data-driven mindset, using insights to improve product performance and customer outcomes.
• A proactive, hands-on approach, with the ability to set direction, challenge thinking and deliver measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Own the product strategy, roadmap and delivery across core mortgage origination, application capture and lender submission experiences.

• Work with commercial product teams and external partners to deliver seamless experiences across insurance, conveyancing, asset finance and other partner services.
• Play a key role in shaping and delivering capabilities for our next-generation broking platform.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Operations, Risk and Compliance to take products from discovery through to delivery and optimisation.
• Build strong relationships with lenders, technology providers and commercial partners, navigating complex integrations and competing priorities.
• Use data, customer insights and broker feedback to improve platform performance, operational efficiency and customer outcomes.
• Coach and support a Product Manager within the team.

Job Description

We're looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape and evolve the lending platform at the heart of Lendi Group.

Sitting within our Capture & Partner Product (CXP) team, you'll own critical parts of the mortgage origination journey, from capturing customer information and managing documents through to lender submissions and third-party integrations.

You'll also help deliver the partner products and services that connect our brokers and customers to a broader property ecosystem, including general insurance, conveyancing and asset finance.

This is an opportunity to work across two exciting challenges: continuing to improve the platform our brokers rely on today, while helping build the next generation of our broking technology.

Experience across personal lending, business lending or credit cards is also relevant, particularly if you've worked on complex origination journeys or lending platforms.
