Job summary

Bluestone is seeking an experienced Product Manager to shape our home lending product and feature roadmap. You will strengthen governance, manage cross‑functional delivery, and translate customer insights into product outcomes for brokers and borrowers.

The role requires five years+ in mortgages, strong business and pricing analytics, and the ability to influence diverse stakeholders while balancing risk and growth. Flexible working arrangements apply in a dynamic, fast‑moving environment.

• Five+ years in mortgages or secured‑lending product discipline.
• Proven experience leading end‑to‑end product and business change initiatives.
• PM responsibilities including profitability or business‑case analysis and home‑loan operations knowledge.
• Strong commercial acumen, risk awareness and customer‑first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Lead mortgage product initiatives from discovery to launch and post‑launch review.
• Translate strategy and regulatory changes into product requirements and communications.
• Partner with Operations, Technology, Credit Risk, Treasury, Sales, Marketing, Legal and Compliance to align priorities and drive decisions.
• Support pricing, segmentation and positioning through commercial analysis and broker insight.
• Simplify and enhance product constructs to improve broker usability and outcomes.
• Identify and elevate product risks and control gaps, supporting remediation.
• Use data and stakeholder feedback to drive continuous product improvements.

Product Manager – Home Lending

We’re looking for an experienced Product Manager to help shape our mortgage product and feature roadmap, strengthen product governance and deliver sustainable growth. This is a highly visible, cross‑functional role where you’ll turn market insight, customer needs and business strategy into product outcomes that improve the experience for brokers and borrowers alike.

What you'll do

• Lead assigned mortgage product initiatives from discovery and requirements through implementation, launch readiness and post‑launch review.
• Translate strategy, market insight and regulatory or policy change into clear product requirements, including features, eligibility, pricing, controls and customer communications.
• Partner with Operations, Technology, Credit Risk, Treasury, Sales, Marketing, Legal and Compliance to align priorities, manage dependencies and drive timely decisions.
• Support pricing, segmentation and positioning through commercial analysis, competitor monitoring and broker and borrower insight.
• Simplify and enhance product constructs to improve broker usability, customer outcomes and operational execution.
• Identify and elevate product risks, incidents and control gaps, and support reviews, remediation and control uplift.
• Use data and stakeholder feedback to recommend and deliver continuous product improvement.

What you'll bring

• At least five years’ experience in mortgages or a similar secured‑lending product discipline.
• Demonstrated success leading end‑to‑end product and business change initiatives.
• Product management experience, including profitability or business‑case analysis and knowledge of home‑loan operations.
• Strong commercial acumen, sound risk awareness and a customer‑first mindset.
• Experience partnering with technology teams across core lending platforms and change delivery.
• The ability to influence diverse stakeholders, move confidently between strategy and detail, and communicate with clarity.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to turn insights into practical product action.

Experience with broker distribution strategy and lending credit policy across prime and non‑conforming segments will be highly regarded.
