Job summary

Mortgage Choice Toowoomba City is seeking a full-time, office-based broking assistant to support our team of experienced brokers. You will assist with client document collection, loan tracking, and provide friendly, proactive client care while coordinating with multiple lenders.

This role offers opportunities to complete a Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking at no cost, generous on-site parking, and a collaborative team environment designed to develop your skills into a successful mortgage

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role preferred.
• Previous lending, banking, finance, or conveyancing experience required.
• High attention to detail to accurately complete and review loan documents.
• Good memory recall and the ability to manage multiple files.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to learn new software.
• Customer-facing mindset to help clients obtain finance.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with clients to collect and review supporting documents.
• Prepare and check loan documentation across multiple lenders.
• Liaise with lenders and answer phone & in person enquiries.
• Complete client loan reviews.

Our respected family-owned mortgage brokerage, Mortgage Choice Toowoomba City, is looking for a full-time office-based broking assistant. You will work closely with our team of experienced brokers, loan tracking and client care support staff to provide a personalised, proactive and friendly home loan service. You will work with multiple lenders; no day will be the same!

You will be assisting our mortgage brokers with a variety of tasks: liaising with clients to collect and review supporting documents, preparing and checking loan documentation (across multiple lenders), liaising with lenders, answering phone & in person enquiries and completing client loan reviews.

This position provides the opportunity to complete your Cert IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking at no cost and the ability to develop the skills required to become a successful mortgage broker. We also offer free on-site parking at our modern office and a collaborative, tight-knit team approach.
