Job summary

Loan Market is launching a new mortgage broking division in Toowoomba and seeking an experienced Mortgage Broker to join the team. This PAYG role provides access to leads and referrals from an established financial services business, enabling focus on clients, residential lending and writing quality home loans.

You will work across residential lending and home loans, managing clients from enquiry through to settlement, with support from a broader financial services team and an existing client

• Experience managing applications from enquiry through to settlement
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A client-focused approach
• The ability to convert warm leads and referrals into settled loans
