Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist clients with a wide range of lending needs, including residential owner-occupied and investment loans.
• Provide detailed analysis of Borrowing Power as required by referrers.
• Hold client interviews face-to-face or via video conferencing.
• Provide tailored financial solutions based on individual circumstances.
• Work with lenders to submit quality finance applications to secure optimal outcomes.
• Coordinate with clients and third parties to settle applications promptly.
• Maintain and service the trail book and ensure compliance with regulations.

About You:

• Hold a Diploma of Finance & Mortgage Broking Management.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Mortgage Broker.
• Accredited with AFG preferred but not essential.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer service focus with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
• Exposure to Construction Loans and house and land packages would be beneficial but not essential.
• Good understanding of Equity Release and complex loan structuring.
• Drive and ambition. You will need to shift gears into Overdrive.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist clients with a wide range of lending needs, including residential owner occupied and investment loans.
• Provide detailed analysis of clients Borrowing Power formatted according to the requirements of the referrer.
• Hold client interviews, either face to face or via video conferencing for potential and existing clients.
• Provide tailored financial solutions to suit individual client circumstances.
• Work with lenders to submit quality finance applications to secure the best possible outcomes for clients.
• Liaise with Client and all third parties as required to get finance applications approved and settled in a timely manner.
• Maintaining and servicing the trail book.
• Maintain compliance with all industry regulations and company policies.
