Rottnest Island Authority invites applications for the permanent, full-time Manager Moorings based in Fremantle, with duties including leadership of business systems and processes for the Shared Mooring System and related portals.

The role drives strategic development, governance and ongoing performance improvements, engaging internal and external stakeholders to deliver high-quality mooring services on Wadjemup / Rottnest Island while upholding safety and equity commitments.

Qualifikationen

• Substantial experience developing, implementing, maintaining and improving business systems and processes.
• Experience leading customer-facing digital systems or portals.
• Ability to translate requirements into practical improvements.
