Journey Beyond’s Rottnest Express is seeking an experienced Vessel Master to oversee safe vessel operation and guest service. The role is offered as full-time/part-time seasonal from October 2026 to June 2027, with potential ongoing employment beyond the period.

You will lead crew, conduct safety drills, maintain logs, and support training. Required AMSA Certificate IV, CoLK, First Aid/CPR, and RI/RSAL compliance; varied hours across a 7-day roster are expected.

Qualificações

• Requirements include marine industry experience and leadership capabilities.
• Strong customer service and guest experience focus is essential.
• AMSA Certificate IV qualification and CoLK are required.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure safe navigation and operation of the vessel.
• Conduct safety drills and toolbox talks for the crew.
• Maintain daily vessel logs and maintenance records.
• Lead and develop crew members; provide feedback to Fleet Manager.
