Qualificações

• Previous experience as a baker or in a commercial/industrial bakery or food manufacturing environment (essential).
• Understanding of food safety and hygiene practices (HACCP knowledge highly regarded).
• Reliable, punctual and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physically fit and comfortable in a fast-paced production environment.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in product quality.
• Own transport preferred due to the Mount Kuring-gai location.

Responsabilidades

• Bake dough products in line with recipes and production schedules.
• Operate and monitor commercial ovens.
• Check product for consistency in size, weight, colour and bake quality.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and GMP procedures at all times.
• Maintain accurate production records and batch documentation.
• Keep the bakery, equipment and workstations clean and compliant with food safety standards.
• Work efficiently to meet daily production targets without compromising quality.
• Report equipment faults or quality issues to the Production Supervisor promptly.
• Support a safe working environment and follow WHS procedures.
