Job summary

ModnPods is seeking a Site Supervisor to join our Gold Coast manufacturing facility. You will lead the site team and subcontractors, coordinating logistics, installation and setup of our modular solutions across Australia.

You''ll manage program, quality and budget on site, travel for installations, and drive a culture of safety with strong HSEQ compliance while liaising with clients and project teams. This is an opportunity to grow with an Australian business delivering innovative housing

Qualifications

Construction White Card and driver’s licence.
Experience supervising teams and subcontractors.
Knowledge of building codes and associated legislation.
Understanding of structural steel, cranes and rigging.
Clear communicator with negotiation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the site team and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time and to a high standard.
Drive a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with HSEQ systems and site procedures.
Oversee project planning, programming and lookaheads to keep the critical path moving.
Manage quality outcomes, including ITPs and defect close-out on site.
Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials and plant to drive positive outcomes.
Build strong relationships with clients and the project team.
