Job summary

ModnPods, a division of McNab Group, is seeking a Site Supervisor for our Gold Coast manufacturing facility. You will lead the site team, manage subcontractors, and coordinate logistics for modular project delivery across Australia, with travel to various installation sites as required.

You will ensure safety, quality, and on-time performance, leveraging your strong communication, planning and supervision skills to drive successful builds for multi-dwelling, staff accommodation, and tourism

Qualifications

White Card and driver's licence required.
Proven site supervision experience.
Knowledge of construction/installation industry and codes beneficial.
Experience with cranes and rigging is a plus.
Strong communication and negotiation skills to drive outcomes.
Proficient with MS Office (Excel/Word)

Responsibilities

Lead the site team and subcontractors to deliver projects safely, on time and to a high standard.
Drive a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance with HSEQ systems and site procedures.
Oversee project planning, programming and short-range lookaheads.
Manage quality outcomes, including ITPs and defect close-out.
Coordinate labour, subcontractors, materials and plant to drive outcomes on site.
Build relationships with clients, consultants and project team to achieve success.
