Job summary

Prefab1 is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead on-site delivery of modular and commercial construction projects in Victoria. You will coordinate trades, manage safety, quality, and program progress to ensure projects are completed on time and to a high standard.

Reporting to Project Managers, you will be the on-site link between management, subcontractors, suppliers and clients, driving effective collaboration and proactive issue resolution in a fast-growing modular construction

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Site Supervisor, Construction Supervisor or similar.
• Strong experience within commercial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural and services drawings.
• Understanding of construction sequencing and site coordination.
• Knowledge of construction safety, quality and environmental requirements.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage day‑to‑day operations of construction sites.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades, deliveries, plant and materials.
• Plan and sequence works to maintain program and productivity.
• Ensure works follow drawings, specs and project requirements.
• Monitor quality and resolve issues before they impact the project.
• Conduct pre-starts, toolbox talks and site inductions.
• Maintain site diaries, records and inspections.
