Job summary

Round Table Recruitment Pty Ltd is seeking a technically minded Modern Workplace Support Engineer for a boutique AV integration business with hubs in Sydney and Brisbane. You will support MS Teams and Zoom meeting rooms for corporate and government clients, delivering onsite and remote assistance.

The role requires hands-on troubleshooting across audio, video, control and networked AV systems, with strong communication and stakeholder management as you represent the company to senior

Job description

A boutique AV integration business with business hubs in both Sydney and Brisbane are looking to bring a technically minded Modern Workplace Support Engineer into the business. The business specializes in delivering MS Teams and Zoom meeting rooms for corporate and government clients.

The role:

This is a hands-on role for someone that can solve complex technical AV issues and support end users of the business.

You will provide onsite and remote support for workplace technology solutions (Google meet, MS Teams etc.) whilst integrating with the companies' AV environments.

High levels of stakeholder management are needed as you will be onsite representing the company and dealing with all levels of seniority

You will need experience with:

• Supporting corporate AV, unified comms and workplace technology
• Hands on support with meeting rooms - remotely & onsite
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve faults across audio, video, control and network connected AV systems
• Strong communication and stake holder management skills
• Must have experience with vendor technology Crestron , Logitech, Neat, Yealink
