Job summary

Roundtable Recruitment is seeking a technically minded Modern Workplace Support Engineer to join a boutique AV integration business with hubs in Sydney and Brisbane. You will provide onsite and remote support for workplace technology solutions, including MS Teams and Google Meet, while integrating with the company’s AV environments.

You will troubleshoot complex AV faults across audio, video, control and network-connected systems, and manage interactions with stakeholders at all levels,

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience supporting corporate AV, unified communications and workplace technology.
• Experience supporting meeting rooms remotely and onsite.
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve faults across audio, video, control and network-connected AV systems.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Must have experience with Crestron, Logitech, Neat, and Yealink.

Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote support for workplace technology solutions (Google Meet, MS Teams).
• Resolve complex AV issues and integrate with existing AV environments.
• Represent the company onsite and manage relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

The Company

A boutique AV integration business with business hubs in both Sydney and Brisbane are looking to bring a technically minded Modern Workplace Support Engineer into the business. The business specializes in delivering MS Teams and Zoom meeting rooms for corporate and government clients.

The role

This is a hands-on role for someone that can solve complex technical AV issues and support end users of the business. You will provide onsite and remote support for workplace technology solutions (Google meet, MS Teams etc.) whilst integrating with the companies' AV environments. High levels of stakeholder management are needed as you will be onsite representing the company and dealing with all levels of seniority.

You will need experience with

• Supporting corporate AV, unified comms and workplace technology
• Hands on support with meeting rooms - remotely & onsite
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve faults across audio, video, control and network connected AV systems
• Strong communication and stake holder management skills
• Must have experience with vendor technology Crestron , Logitech, Neat, Yealink
