Job summary

Star Group Of Companies Australia is seeking a technically minded Modern Workplace Support Engineer to join their AV integration team. You will help deliver MS Teams and Zoom meeting room solutions for corporate and government clients.

The role combines hands-on troubleshooting with strong stakeholder engagement on site and remotely. You will work with Crestron, Logitech, Neat and Yealink hardware, providing end-to-end support and ensuring seamless collaboration experiences across meeting

The Company:A boutique AV integration business with business hubs in both Sydney and Brisbane are looking to bring a technically minded Modern Workplace Support Engineer into the business. The business specialises in delivering MS Teams and Zoom meeting rooms for corporate and government clients.

The Role:This is a hands‑on role for someone that can solve complex technical AV issues and support end users of the business. You will provide onsite and remote support for workplace technology solutions (Google meet, MS Teams etc.) whilst integrating with the companies' AV environments. High levels of stakeholder management are needed as you will be onsite representing the company and dealing with all levels of seniority.

You will need experience with:

• Supporting corporate AV, unified comms and workplace technology
• Hands on support with meeting rooms – remotely & onsite
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve faults across audio, video, control and network connected AV systems
• Strong communication and stake holder management skills
• Must have experience with vendor technology Crestron , Logitech, Neat, Yealink
