Job summary

DuluxGroup, a leading paints and home improvement company in Australia, is seeking an experienced IT professional to join its IT team in Melbourne. The role focuses on delivering modern workplace and AI solutions and collaborating with stakeholders to understand business needs.

You will help upgrade SAP, Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Databricks, design solutions, and support governance, security and user experience.

Qualifications

• Proven enterprise engineering experience across Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Copilot Studio, Azure integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear language.
• Confidence working with technical specialists, business stakeholders, and end users.
• Collaborative approach and customer-focused mindset.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and deliver high-quality outcomes.
