Job summary

DuluxGroup is seeking an experienced SAP Support Analyst – Supply Chain to drive system improvements across SAP PP, IBP, and QM within our supply chain. You will influence stakeholders, design scalable solutions, and lead upgrades to enable better business outcomes.

With 8+ years in SAP ECC/S4HANA, you will translate business processes into technical specs, provide user support, and mentor teams through changes, while collaborating with Architecture and other IT groups to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of SAP ECC or S/4 Hana experience designing, configuring and specifying changes in SAP Production Planning (PP), APO, Quality Management (QM).
• IBP for Demand experience is desirable.
• AI tools such as SAP Joule or Claude are desirable.
• Ability to understand business processes and translate into system solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills targeted at the right audience.
• Experience with various project management methodologies and required documentation.

Responsibilities

• Proactively identify and implement system improvements that simplify processes and enhance usability.
• Ensure all changes meet quality standards with clear documentation and effective knowledge sharing.
• Act as a go-to contact for troubleshooting and user support, empowering teams through training.
• Collaborate with Architecture to design scalable solutions that meet business needs.
• Lead projects across IBP, Production Planning, Demand & Materials Management with best-practice approaches.
• Manage system upgrades and updates to maintain support and introduce new functionality.
• Deliver measurable impact through cost savings, efficiency gains, and improved user satisfaction.

You’ll identify opportunities to enhance efficiency and introduce technologies that support operational and financial goals. Your ability to influence and collaborate with stakeholders will be key to shaping strategic decisions and delivering impactful solutions.

• Lead projects across IBP, Production Planning, Demand & Materials Management with best-practice approaches
• Manage system upgrades and updates to maintain support and introduce new functionality
• Deliver measurable impact through cost savings, efficiency gains, and improved user satisfaction

What We’re Looking for:

• Minimum of 8 years of SAP ECC or S/4 Hana experience designing, configuring and specifying changes in SAP Production Planning (PP), APO, Quality Management (QM), similar experience of IBP modules is desirable.
• Experience with IBP for Demand is desirable.
• Experience with AI tools such as SAP Joule or Claude is desirable.
• The ability to understand business processes and how to translate these into system solutions is essential.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills that are targeted at the right audience.
• Demonstrated experience working within various project management methodologies and providing the required documentation each calls for.
