Job summary

DuluxGroup is seeking an experienced IT Admin to join our Melbourne-area IT team, focusing on Power Platform, Dataverse, Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365 administration. You will manage environments, governance, monitoring and incidents to keep our digital workspace reliable.

The role requires 5+ years in Power Platform and Microsoft technologies, with a IT-related degree or equivalent certifications. We offer strong learning paths, flexible options and a supportive, collaborative culture, plus

Qualifications

• 5+ years' experience with Power Platform, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365 or tenant administration
• Tertiary IT qualification or Microsoft certifications related to the role
• Strong communication with stakeholders across technical teams
• Balanced approach to speed, governance, security, reliability and service quality
• Ability to resolve incidents and operational issues quickly

Responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365 services
• Manage environments, tenant settings, connectors, access, monitoring and data loss prevention
• Resolve incidents, service requests and operational escalations
• Support platform governance, lifecycle activities and documentation
• Improve administration through automation and standardisation
• Monitor licensing, capacity, consumption and operational risks

What You’ll Be Doing

• Administer Microsoft Power Platform, Dataverse, Copilot Studio and Dynamics 365 services

What We’re Looking for

• 5+ years’ experience in Power Platform, Dataverse, Copilot Studio, Dynamics 365 or Microsoft tenant administration
• A tertiary qualification in IT, Computer Science or a related discipline, Microsoft Certifications and/or equivalent professional experience
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical, product, platform and support teams
• A balanced approach to speed, governance, security, reliability and service quality
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with the ability to resolve incidents and operational issues
