Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Solution Sales Specialist – Modern Work to drive growth in Australia and New Zealand. You will collaborate with Microsoft, partners, sales teams, and technical specialists to identify and grow Modern Work opportunities with a focus on Microsoft 365, Copilot, Security, and AI-powered productivity solutions.

You will lead initiatives to build a robust sales pipeline, advise partners on Copilot readiness, and run workshops and campaigns to accelerate adoption across the ANZ

Qualifications

• Experience in solution sales, cloud sales, business development, partner management, or channel sales within the technology sector.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Modern Work, Security, and related Microsoft cloud solutions.
• Experience developing opportunities through partner ecosystems, co-sell motions, or indirect sales channels.
• Strong consultative selling, opportunity qualification, forecasting, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to engage and influence channel partners, business leaders, customers, and internal teams.
• Passion for building scalable growth strategies and helping organizations achieve measurable business outcomes through workplace transformation and AI adoption.

Responsibilities

• Driving new business, upsell, and cross-sell opportunities across Microsoft 365, Microsoft Copilot, Security, and Modern Work solutions.
• Building and managing a qualified sales pipeline aligned with Microsoft Copilot and Modern Work growth objectives.
• Acting as a trusted advisor to channel partners on Copilot readiness, adoption strategies, licensing considerations, and business value realization.
• Enabling partners through workshops, campaigns, webinars, and go-to-market initiatives focused on Modern Work and AI-powered productivity solutions.
• Positioning SoftwareOne services including Copilot Readiness Assessments, Adoption Programs, Workshops, and Managed Services opportunities.
• Managing pipeline performance, forecasting, and commercial activities to support revenue growth and partner success.
