Job summary

MADEC Australia is seeking a strategic leader to drive workforce planning, mobilisation and talent pipelines across its national operations, including PALM. You will partner with government and employers to balance workforce supply with demand across Australia and the Pacific, travelling to build relationships and deliver outcomes for workers and communities.

Experience in workforce planning, large-scale recruitment and multi-country operations will be highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead workforce planning, mobilisation and talent pipeline activities for MADEC's national workforce solutions and PALM operations.
• Collaborate with operational leaders, employers, labour sending units and government stakeholders to align workforce supply with customer demand.
• Develop workforce solutions, forecast labour requirements and drive mobilisation outcomes across Australia and the Pacific.
• Build strong stakeholder relationships and deliver positive outcomes for workers, host employers and regional communities.
• Travel frequently across Australia, the Pacific Islands and Timor-Leste to support recruitment and mobilisation activities.
