CQ Field Mining Services (FMS Group) is seeking two mobilisation officers to support our growing team in Mackay. One full-time, permanent position and one fixed-term role covering maternity leave are available.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in mobilisation, training coordination or a similar administration role.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail and confidence maintaining accurate records.
• Clear communication and the ability to build positive working relationships.
• A flexible, can-do attitude and a willingness to learn.
• The ability to work independently while being a supportive and reliable team player.
• A positive attitude and a genuine interest in being part of a fun, energetic and growing team.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating and booking employee inductions with clients as required.
• Maintaining accurate employee training and competency records.
• Updating and monitoring client systems to ensure employee compliance.
• Coordinating medical bookings.
• Monitoring upcoming qualification expiries and scheduling required training.
• Managing training compliance requirements and maintaining the division’s Training Needs Analysis (TNA).
• Working closely with operational teams to support mobilisation requirements and meet deadlines.
• Following up outstanding documentation, training and compliance items to keep things moving.
