Job summary

Genus is seeking a highly organised Mobilisation Officer to support workforce mobilisation across multiple Perth-based and site projects. This role is based in Belmont and involves coordinating personnel, training, and travel logistics to ensure readiness for site works.

You will manage training matrices, compliance tracking, and system uploads, while maintaining strong stakeholder engagement across projects and clients in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years’ experience in mobilisation, administration or customer service.
• Strong FIFO mobilisation and compliance understanding.
• High attention to detail and accurate data entry.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Coordinating mobilisation of personnel across multiple projects

Genus is seeking a highly organised Mobilisation Officer to support workforce mobilisation across multiple Perth-based and site projects.

This is a fast-paced, high-volume role where you will play a key part in ensuring personnel, plant, and equipment are compliant and ready for site.

Key Responsibilities Include

• Coordinating mobilisation of personnel across multiple projects
• Maintaining training matrices to ensure ongoing compliance
• Managing Myosh uploads and compliance tracking
• Booking required training, inductions, and medicals
• Coordinating flights, accommodation, and travel logistics
• Ordering PPE and ensuring mobilisation readiness
• Maintaining and updating master and project rosters
• Managing client systems including Avetta, Pegasus, SuccessFactors, LMS, and Corp Traveller
• Coordinating subcontractor onboarding
• Supporting mobilisation of plant and equipment
• Raising purchase orders and sourcing quotes for project equipment
• Providing general administrative and ad hoc support

You will bring

• 2+ years' experience in mobilisation, administration, or customer service
• Strong understanding of FIFO mobilisation and compliance requirements
• High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
• Strong organisational and time management abilities
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
• Confident communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive and adaptable approach

Desirable Experience

• Experience using systems such as Avetta, Pegasus, SuccessFactors, LMS, or Corp Traveller
• Background in mining, construction, or electrical projects
• Exposure to high-volume mobilisation environments
