Qualifications

• Previous experience mobilising personnel to major projects or large mining operations.
• Ability to manage competing priorities with a positive, solutions-focused approach.
• Strong computer skills and exceptional attention to detail.
• A no-fuss, proactive attitude and the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
• Reliability and great communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaising with employees and contractors.
• Issuing inductions, onboarding packs and site entry documentation.
• Creating and maintaining personnel profiles, including medicals, tickets and training records.
• Generating Certificates of Competency.
• Booking and coordinating medicals.
• Training administration and compliance tracking.
• Issuing approved PPE to site personnel.
