Job summary

PTC Phone Tech & Comm is hiring a Casual Customer Experience Team Member for the Casuarina Store. You will excel in delivering exceptional customer service, support sales, and learn basic mobile device repair skills in a fast-paced retail setting.

IRP certification is preferred; training is provided if not already possessed. You should be flexible for weekend shifts and enjoy variety while helping customers find the right solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Willingness to learn basic mobile device repair skills.
• Flexible to work at least one day on the weekend.
• Ability to work toward budgets and KPIs and deliver great service.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support in-store.
• Assist frontline staff with sales when required.
• Diagnose and repair electronic and mechanical devices safely and promptly.
• Troubleshoot faults and manage repair queues while maintaining quality.
• Keep a clean, well-organised workbench and be a team player.
