Job summary

PTC Phone Tech & Comm in Tweed Heads is seeking a casual Customer Service Sales and Device Technician to join our Tweed City Store. You will engage customers, support in-store sales, and assist with basic mobile device repairs.

Training in IRP repairs will be provided, and you should be motivated to learn new skills while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Weekend availability is preferred, with a friendly, fast-paced team environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail is advantageous.
• IRP Certification training provided if not already possessed.
• Willingness to learn basic mobile device repairs.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support in-store.
• Assist frontline staff with sales when needed.
• Diagnose and repair electronic/mechanical devices safely and efficiently.
• Manage repair queues and maintain high-quality workmanship.
• Keep workbench clean, safe, and well organized.
• Be a proactive team player and support ongoing skills development.
