Job summary

PTC Phone Tech & Comm is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Consultant for our North Lakes store. You will blend customer service with sales, while learning basic mobile device repairs and contributing to a fast-paced retail environment.

You will diagnose and repair electronic and mechanical devices, assist frontline staff with sales, and manage repair queues with a focus on quality, safety, and customer satisfaction. Training will be provided for IRP certification.

Qualifications

• IRP Certified preferred
• Deliver exceptional customer service at all times
• Assist frontline staff with in-store sales
• Diagnose and repair electronic/mechanical devices
• Troubleshoot faults and perform in-depth inspections
• Manage repair queues independently

Responsibilities
