Job summary

PTC Phone Tech & Comm in North Lakes, QLD is seeking a full-time Customer Experience team member to deliver in-store sales and repair services. You will diagnose and repair electronic devices, assist frontline staff with sales, and provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in fast-paced retail environment.
• IRP Certification preferred (training provided if needed).
