Job summary

PTC Phone Tech & Comm in Elizabeth, South Australia, is seeking a Part-Time Customer Experience Team Member for our Elizabeth City Store. The role combines customer service with device repair duties in a dynamic retail setting, with training provided for mobile repairs and a focus on delivering outstanding customer experiences.

You will help drive sales, handle repair queues, and maintain a safe, tidy workspace while supporting the team to meet KPIs and commission targets.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a fast-paced retail environment
• Sales-driven with ability to upsell and meet KPI targets
• Willingness to learn basic mobile device repairs and new skills
• IRP Certification training provided if not already possessed

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support in-store at all times
• Assist frontline staff with sales when in store
• Diagnose and repair electronic and mechanical devices to high standards
• Troubleshoot faults and perform in-depth inspections
• Manage repair queues independently while maintaining quality
• Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organised workbench
