Job summary

PTC Phone Tech & Comm are seeking a Full-Time Customer Service Sales and Device Technician for our North Lakes Store. You will thrive in a fast-paced retail setting, learning mobile device repairs and driving sales while delivering excellent customer care.

Reporting to the Store Manager, you will support in-store sales, repair workflows, and teamwork. IRP training is provided if not already held, with a focus on quality and safety.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering excellent customer service and achieving sales targets.
• Willing to learn mobile device repair basics and assist in repairs when needed.
• Able to work in a fast-paced retail environment and handle repair queues.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and support to in-store customers
• Assist frontline staff with sales while in store
• Diagnose and repair electronic and mechanical devices safely and to high standards
• Troubleshoot faults and perform in-depth inspections
• Maintain a clean, organized workbench and safe store environment
• Collaborate with team and participate in training as IRP training is provided
