Qualifications

• Experience in automotive mechanical or roadside assistance.
• Current valid driver’s license; manual license highly regarded.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Calm, professional demeanor with self-motivation.

Responsibilities

• Respond to breakdowns and emergency roadside callouts.
• Perform jump-starts, battery replacements, tire changes, fuel top-ups, and lockout support.
• Diagnose vehicle faults and advise on next steps.
• Provide exceptional customer service in stressful situations.
• Report service outcomes and maintain stock and tools.
