Job summary

Poolwerx is seeking a Service Technician to diagnose and fix complex pool and spa systems in the field. You’ll troubleshoot hydraulic, electrical and chemical puzzles, engineer on-the-spot solutions, and restore systems to peak performance.

• Explain why a system failed and clearly present the most effective fix to clients.

As a Poolwerx Service Technician, you aren't just cleaning filters; you are a field investigator. You’ll diagnose electrical, hydraulic, and chemical puzzles, engineer on-the-spot solutions, and restore complex systems to peak performance.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Troubleshoot & Diagnose: Track down hydraulic leaks, electrical faults, pressure drops, and pump failures.

• Water Chemistry Optimization: Analyze complex water samples and calculate precise chemical dosing to re-balance biological systems.

• Equipment Overhauls: Install, repair, and upgrade automated controllers, heat pumps, robotic cleaners, and filtration units.

• Client Consultation: Explain why a system failed and clearly present the most effective fix.

Who You Are:
