Job summary

Poolwerx Camberwell is seeking an energetic Mobile Pool & Spa Service Technician to join our friendly team. You will service residential and commercial pools across Melbourne's inner east and south, delivering pool care, water testing, and equipment maintenance.

You will drive a company vehicle to client sites, test water quality, balance chemicals, and install pumps and filters after training. The role includes field visits and basic marketing activities, with opportunity for career development.

Qualifications

• Must have a full, current driver's license.
• Strong commitment to safe work practices and safety standards.
• Self-motivated, energetic, and able to think on your feet.
• Great communication skills and genuine enjoyment in dealing with customers.
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage daily field schedules effectively.
• Mechanical aptitude or trades/labouring interest is a plus, but full training is provided.

Responsibilities

• Drive your assigned company vehicle to client sites across the Camberwell, South Yarra, Malvern, and Brighton areas.
• Test and balance pool and spa water using advanced Spin test units.
• Manually clean and perform scheduled equipment maintenance for residential and commercial clients.
• Following hands-on training, install pool pumps, salt chlorinators, sand filters, and related equipment.
• Identify sales and service opportunities during field visits and perform basic marketing activities in the local area.
• Assist in the retail store environment as required to support team operations.
