Job summary

Stanmore Resources is seeking a Maintenance Execution L/H/ Step Up Supervisor at Poitrel Mine. You will lead frontline maintenance crews and coordinate safe, efficient maintenance of heavy mobile equipment on a 7-day rotating roster.

The role requires proven leadership, a strong safety mindset, and the ability to step up to supervisor duties when needed, working with planners, operations and contractors to sustain reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience in a mining or heavy industrial maintenance environment.
• Proven frontline leadership experience and people management.
• Commitment to safety, risk management and site procedures.
• Strong fault-finding and technical knowledge of heavy mobile equipment.
• Excellent communication and ability to work across teams.
• Ability to prioritise and adapt to changing operational demands.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities for safe, efficient work.
• Provide frontline leadership and support to maintenance personnel.
• Ensure compliance with site safety standards and maintenance processes.
• Coordinate with planners, schedulers and contractors to execute work as planned.
• Step up to Mobile Maintenance Supervisor duties when required.
• Promote continuous improvement in maintenance practices and reliability.
