Job summary

Stanmore Resources is seeking a Field Maintenance Execution Leading Hand to oversee safety-focused maintenance for our primary dig units at Poitrel Mine. This permanent role operates on a 7 on/7 off dayshift roster and reports into the Maintenance team.

You will lead a frontline maintenance team, ensure adherence to procedures, and work closely with planners, schedulers and partners. Prior experience with CAT and Hitachi equipment is essential, along with strong leadership and communication

Qualifications

• Experience leading a maintenance team in frontline/supervisory capacity.
• Demonstrated commitment to safety and safe work practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and people-management skills.
• Strong organisation and prioritisation skills including time management.
• Flexible to changing environments and work requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe compliance with operating standards, procedures and defined processes to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to improve performance of people, processes and systems.
• Improve fleet performance through quality maintenance practices.
• Execute the maintenance plan.
