Job summary

Stanmore Resources Limited. is seeking a mobile maintenance leader at Poitrel Mine to guide frontline teams and coordinate safe, efficient maintenance on heavy mobile equipment.

The role supports the Mobile Maintenance Supervisor and may step up into supervisory duties as needed. You should bring a mechanical or electrical trade qualification, strong leadership, safety focus and the ability to keep work plans on track while coordinating with planners and contractors in a dynamic mining

Qualifications

• Experience leading frontline maintenance crews in mining or heavy industrial settings.
• Trade qualification with hands-on diagnostics and repair of heavy mobile equipment.
• Strong safety, risk management and site procedure knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate daily maintenance activities to ensure safety, efficiency and quality.
• Provide frontline leadership and support to maintenance personnel and promote accountability.
• Ensure compliance with site safety standards, procedures and maintenance processes.
• Monitor work execution and align with the approved maintenance plan.
• Assist the Mobile Maintenance Supervisor with allocation, prioritisation and priorities.
• Step up to perform Supervisor duties when required and coordinate shifts.
• Identify defects and risks, escalate issues and communicate changes with Planners.
• Collaborate with maintenance, operations and contractors to optimise execution.
• Drive continuous improvement in practices, equipment reliability and team effectiveness.
