Job summary

Australian Regional and Remote Community Services (ARRCS) in Darwin is seeking a Home, Grounds and Maintenance Officer for Home Care Darwin. The role is full-time (38 hours/week) with travel to clients’ homes to provide gardening, maintenance and repair services as guided by individual care plans.

The successful candidate will likely have a trade qualification and First Aid, enjoy working independently and be comfortable driving a Ute with a large trailer to support our elderly clients across

Qualifications

• Experience in gardening, maintenance or handyperson tasks.
• Ability to travel to clients’ homes and work independently.
• Valid driving license and ability to drive a Ute with trailer.

Responsibilities

• Travel to clients' homes to perform general gardening, maintenance and repairs as per care plans.
• Provide reliable, respectful service for elderly clients in their homes.
• Drive a Ute and tow a trailer when needed.
