HR Partners in Sydney is seeking a Mobile Field Team Leader to supervise on-road Home Assessors across South Sydney, Wollongong and the ACT. You will lead field inspections, coach a remote team and ensure accurate repair scopes and estimates for property claims.

The role is full-time, offers a company vehicle and KPI-based bonuses. Applicants with 2+ years in home assessing or construction management and a NSW driving license are preferred and must be willing to travel regionally.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in home assessing or construction management preferred
• NSW driving license required
• Willingness to travel regionally across South Sydney, Wollongong and ACT
