Job summary

Samsung Electronics Australia is seeking a Technical Specialist – Mobile Devices to join our onsite team and help resolve complex software, app and connectivity issues across phones, tablets, watches, Buds and Rings.

You will analyse customer error reports to identify root causes and deliver clear, tailored solutions via the Samsung Members platform, while collaborating with Software R&D and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Strong technical troubleshooting across mobile devices and wireless connectivity.
• Ability to translate complex tech issues into simple solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex software, app and connectivity issues across Samsung mobile devices.
• Analyse error reports, identify root causes and provide tailored solutions.
• Collaborate with Software R&D and technical teams to investigate issues and drive resolutions.
• Support service centres with technical guidance, repair quality analysis and technician training.
• Monitor trends and KPIs to drive product improvements and reduce recurring issues.
