Job summary

Likewize is seeking a dedicated Repair Technician to perform mobile device hardware repairs and provide technical support via our mail-in service. You will work both independently and with a team to meet service delivery targets, and contribute to maintaining high-quality repair standards.

The role emphasizes autonomy with collaboration, and requires hands-on experience with hardware, soldering, and reading schematics, along with a valid Australian manual driving license.

Qualifications

• Experience in mobile device hardware repairs and troubleshooting.
• Accreditation or Technician certification through a recognized OEM is desirable.
• Current Australian manual driver's license and police clearance required.

Responsibilities

• Complete repairs within agreed timeframes and escalate issues as needed.
• Meet service delivery requirements within agreed timeframes.
• Use repair systems and follow quality control procedures.
