Dtcpay is a MAS licensed payment service provider expanding globally, seeking an MLRO to support regulatory and AML/CFT compliance. You will monitor evolving regulations, conduct gap assessments, and ensure policy implementation across the organisation.

The role suits detail-oriented, proactive professionals in a regulated fintech environment. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in compliance, with 3+ years in financial/fintech, and knowledge of local regulations.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Law or related field.
• Min. 5 years in compliance roles with at least 3 years in financial/fintech.
• Understanding of Malaysia Financial Services Act 2013 and MSBA 2011 regulations.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day regulatory advisory and AML/CFT framework.
• Identify and interpret new/amended regulations affecting the business.
• Perform timely gap assessments after regulatory updates.
• Update policies with stakeholders and close identified gaps.
• Liaise with regulators and support inspections/examinations.
