Job summary

Corpay Cross-Border seeks a highly experienced Regulatory Compliance Officer to strengthen our regulatory framework across APAC, focusing on ASIC and MAS requirements for cross-border payments and client money handling.

The role demands deep regulatory expertise, strong interpretive capabilities, and the ability to translate regulatory obligations into practical controls within a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of regulatory compliance experience in cross-border payments, FX, fintech or banks with international exposure.
• Deep working knowledge of MAS Payment Services Act, AML/CFT Notices, SFA, ASIC AFSL regime, Corporations Act.
• Strong policy drafting and regulatory writing skills; ability to translate obligations into operational controls.

Responsibilities

• Act as subject matter expert on MAS and ASIC requirements and provide technical regulatory advice to business, product, operations and risk teams.
• Maintain and enhance compliance frameworks across AU and SG entities; develop/update policies and procedures.
• Support regulatory engagement with MAS/ASIC, regulatory submissions and breach notifications; monitor enforcement trends.
• Design or enhance compliance monitoring programs and support second-line reviews and remediation actions.
