Job summary

Liontown is seeking a Supervisor‑Processing to lead the Processing Operations team at Kathleen Valley in Western Australia. The role ensures safe, sustainable, cost‑effective plant operation and serves as the senior on‑shift decision maker for processing activities.

You will train, develop and manage staff, optimise staffing and coordinate with Maintenance, Technical and Metallurgy teams to meet production targets and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of supervisory experience in mineral processing.
• Experience with flotation and control room operations; FIFO/remote site experience desirable.
• Strong frontline leadership with performance management capability.
• Demonstrated safety knowledge and zero-harm commitment.
• Nationally accredited tickets in Working at Heights and Confined Space Entry.
• Current Western Australian driver’s licence (C class minimum).
• Ability to obtain National Police Check and pass pre-employment medical/drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Lead health and safety of on-shift processing staff and approve permits.
• Hold statutory supervisor appointment under WHS (Mines) Regulations 2022.
• Manage performance and conduct of the processing crew.
• Lead training and development of the Process Operations team.
• Plan staffing to maintain production and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate with Maintenance/Technical teams to optimise plant performance.
• Drive continuous improvement in plant safety and performance.
