Glencore Australia is seeking a proactive Training Officer to join the Hunter Valley Operations site in NSW. You will deliver and support training and competency programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety expectations.

You will work with the Training Coordinator, line leaders and operators to maintain training records, review materials, and coordinate training requirements to build workforce capability and a strong safety culture.

Qualifikationen

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE) required or equivalent.
• Experience in industrial/mining training environments preferred.
• Commitment to safety, quality training systems and continuous improvement.

Aufgaben

• Deliver and support training and competency programs across site.
• Maintain accurate training records within the LMS.
• Review and update training materials, assessments, and resources.
• Monitor training compliance and coordinate training requirements.
• Collaborate with Training Coordinator and supervisors to implement plans.
