Job summary

Epiroc's Perth Branch seeks a Service Manager to lead day-to-day service delivery and technical support, directing a team of Field Service Technicians to meet safety and quality standards.

You will work closely with customers, sales teams and internal stakeholders to drive operational excellence, customer satisfaction and business growth while managing budgets, planning resources and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong technical background in electrical/electronics/mechanical engineering.
• Significant experience in field service, maintenance or technical support.
• Proven leadership and mentoring abilities.
• Excellent customer relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Perth Service team to deliver outstanding customer service outcomes.
• Promote a proactive safety culture and ensure compliance with safety requirements.
• Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through site visits.
• Manage department budgets, forecasts and financial performance.
• Plan and schedule field service resources to support workloads.
• Support technicians with technical guidance and escalation management.
• Coordinate logistics, scheduling and job planning activities.
• Assist with preparation of service quotations and cost estimates.
• Maintain service quality standards and drive continuous improvement.
• Mentor and performance-manage Field Service Technicians.
• Collaborate with Sales to identify opportunities for growth.
