Qualifications

• Proven leadership and people management skills.
• Strong customer service skills with a professional and proactive approach.
• High level of computer literacy and administrative skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact at all levels of the organization.
• Experience maintaining mining equipment and performing diagnostics and repairs.

Responsibilities

• Manage customer expectations and consistently deliver outstanding service.
• Oversee daily activities to meet business objectives and ensure timely service delivery.
• Manage service job costs, including labor and resource allocation.
• Monitor and manage work in progress to ensure project milestones are met.
• Prepare and submit reports, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Adhere to OHS, Quality, and Environmental policies, both for Epiroc and our customers.
• Complete KPI-related tasks and provide regular reporting on performance.
• Perform other administrative duties as required.
