Job summary

Fetch Recruitment Pty is seeking experienced Process Supervisors for FIFO roles on WA mine sites, working on an 8/6 7/7 roster. You will lead a team to achieve production targets while maintaining a strong safety culture and coordinating with maintenance to minimize downtime on site.

Ideal candidates have 3-5+ years in processing, proven leadership, and the ability to adapt in a dynamic environment; experience with various minerals is a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years proven experience in a similar role in Processing.
• High quality communication skills with a malleable leadership style.
• Ability to work in a changing and dynamic environment.
• Prior experience in Nickel, Lithium, Copper, Zinc, Lead or Rare Earths desirable.
• Experience on mineral processing plants with flotation, primary & secondary crushing, grinding circuits is essential.

Responsibilities

• FIFO 8/6 7/7 roster based in WA and overseeing safety culture and operations.
• Delivery and coordination of a team to achieve production targets.
• Work closely with maintenance and management to ensure optimum production and reduced downtime.
• Develop the operations team and drive a positive culture.
